IN WARRANTY PRODUCTS
Specific product warranty information may be obtained by referencing the user manual that was shipped with the product or by contacting the factory.

Lightning strikes, power surges, and all incorrect use and wiring are not covered by any warranty.
Relays and antennas are not covered by any warranty.

All accessories carry a limited 90 day warranty.

NOTE: ALL WARRANTY RETURNS FOUND TO BE IN PROPER OPERATING ORDER (NO FAULTS FOUND) ARE SUBJECT TO A TEST/RECALIBRATION CHARGE OF $50.00 PER UNIT.

OUT OF WARRANTY PRODUCTS
Product will be considered out of warranty if it is older than the specified warranty period from the date of shipment from the factory or if in the opinion of the company, it exhibits any of the following defects:

  • Broken or removed warranty seal.
  • Usage beyond rated specifications (including lightning and power surges).
  • Physical abuse.
  • Improper installation.
  • Customer modification to on-board circuits without express written approval from the company.

NOTE: ALL OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $50.00, OR PARTS AND LABOR COSTS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

PRODUCTS NOT MANUFACTURED BY WILKERSON INSTRUMENT COMPANY INC.
All products not manufactured by Wilkerson Instrument Co. are warranted by their respective manufacturer and will carry the manufacturer’s factory warranty. It is recommended that the customer first contact the original manufacturer for warranty returns. If the customer requires assistance in contacting the original manufacturer Wilkerson Instrument Company will be happy to assist.

Please do not ship non-Wilkerson Instrument Company manufactured products back to Wilkerson Instrument Company unless expressly informed to do so.

Wilkerson Instrument Company strives to repair and return warranty repairs within two (2) business days after receiving the product at our factory.

REPAIRS
RMA number MUST be referenced on all paperwork. This ensures that scheduled return dates will be met.

All shipments to Wilkerson Instrument Company must be freight prepaid; FOB destination (North America). Or DAP Destination for international customers. Return freight going out UPS/UPS Blue will be paid by Wilkerson Instrument Company on warranty items only.

Any special shipment methods are at the customer’s expense and should be prearranged with Customer Service before return of items. All non-warranty repairs, modifications, and calibration shall be subject to parts, labor, and return shipping costs. All products should be adequately packaged to protect against shipment damage.

RETURNS FOR CREDIT
RMA number MUST be referenced on all paperwork.

Product returned for credit is subject to restocking fees of 15%, plus 10% per month from the Invoice date.
